Thats a pretty cool idea. And it would probably take place in Hell, so maybe we could even get some cameos from other villains!

Freeza and Cell would be perfect as a damned version of the Odd Couple.
Freeza would be the uptight one, naturally.

I'm surprised they haven't made a Dragonball SD anime adaption like Naruto got.
Then again, considering how Kai went, I imagine the voice-actors would cost an arm and a leg to get for that.
