Actually, maybe that new girl is the vice-president of the student council, since it's mentioned she's a true Christian and she's got a cross.

I assume that girl is Yozora's sister. Which doesn't mean she can't be the VP too.

Ok, I made a mistake. It's not the vice-president who's the Christian, but the secretary, by the name of Jinguuji Karin
