I don't know when it happened, but Viz finally got around to overhauling their site (www.viz.com), and it looks pretty flashy. Easy to navigate, and they actually list all the products. Interestingly enough, under Editors Choice they list "Black and White" and "Uzumaki" (as well as Blood), two old PULP titles that have long been rumored as candidates for a new edition. Hopefully they'll decide to resurect these classics.

Wow, Viz's website is slightly helpful now. It looks a whole lot better and I like that they've actually taken the time to put up a page for each product rather than sending you to the store page. =/

I really hope Black & White and Uzumaki (and Blood) get rereleases. I'd like to purchase all of those series, and a rerelease would only caust me 2/3 of the price I would have to pay for the larger volumes. Smile

It's possible, but I wouldn't hold my breath. It's more likely that they still have the right to sell the left-to-right graphic novels (in other words, the contract term isn't over yet), and there isn't a PULP line anymore, so they shoved the PULP titles into Editor's Choice.

Still, there's always hope...

Well, that update probably took a fair amount of time to work through, but I really like how the site looks now! They have definitely made it a bit easier to navigate, and just from the overall look I'd say this new design is probably easier to update. We can only hope...Viz didn't update their site all that frequently before this point.

All this and we still don't have any idea of when Monster is coming out. Thanks Viz.

Oh wow, that's great. They finally have the ISBN numbers listed for their products! That's always been my greatest annoyance with Viz, because I usually order a lot of their stuff online and essentially I used to just hope that I had managed to order the right volume.
