I found out about a new manga and I want to contribute it, but I'm not sure about the title langauge. It is called "Delivery Boy- Densetsu no House Keeper" or "Ｄｅｌｉｖｅｒｙ Ｂｏｙ ～伝説のハウスキーパー～". Since the title is a mix of English and Japanese, what language do I say when I submit it?

Since the English is part of the Japanese title, it should be submitted as Japanese. It's not terribly uncommon.
