From what I read on fansites, the Pitaten mangas are supposed to have colored pages. I have all 8 books and they're all in black and white. Is the original in black and white or in color? If anyone can tell me I'll be thankful!

I haven't read Pitaten, but maybe what they are refering to is the orginal release in the weekly/monthy manga magazines in Japan? I don't know but it's just a guess. I don't doubt that someone else will know better than I.

The Japanese Pita-Ten books originally had 2 color pages at the very beginning of the book. The first page was just a color drawing and the back page was just the table of contents in color. You can find these pages in the Pita-Ten artbook.
