Yeah... good luck with that. You realize that making fansubs of a licensed series is illegal, right?

Making fansubs of any series is illegal whether it's licensed or not. Just because something isn't under U.S. copyright protection doesn't mean that it suddenly isn't under Japanese copyright protection. Besides, it's not like Digimon even has an official subtitled version available, so it's not like anyone would really care. By not releasing an official subtitled version on DVD, the American companies obiviously don't want our money, so why should we be forced to watch an inferior version when the American companies clearly don't want us to support them by buying official uncut DVDs? Anyway, I don't know where to find timed scripts for Digimon, but you might try contacting that one well-known fansubbing group responsible for fansubbing Digimon Frontier (any Digimon fan should know which group I'm talking about). They did start on fansubbing Digimon 02 and Digimon Tamers a while back but they never finished it, so they might know where to get timed scripts more than a site like this would.

Japanese copyright laws are very loose though (hence why doujinshi can be made and sold). So, while yes, all fansubs are technically illegal, those for unlicensed anime are in a rather grey zone when it comes to the law.
It would be nice to see more of the first two Digimon seasons subbed (I don't care for Tamers, personally), I had been hoping the other group might do some more, but they've been having a lot of stuff going on in RL so it hasn't happened yet.

It's not a "grey zone", it's illegal. End of story. It'd be a tremendous waste of resources(including money) to try to prosecute everyone related to fansubbing, however.
On the subject of doujinshi, again, it'd use more resources than the companies have to get rid of them. Additionally, doujins don't do anything but make people aware of the series they are based on. 99% of doujin artists do it for fun, and are lucky if they even recover the cost of printing it.

Yeah, good luck with that. Especially since you clearly seem to have a common sense disability or something, seeing that you didn't bother to read the forum rules before opening your mouth. If you had, you'd know that what you did is in clear violation.
Asking for timed scripts is against the rules. And blatantly flaunting your desire to commit illegal activity is just stupid.
Locked.
