Hopefully they'll use the two month delay to add an LE edition.

I agree with both the above posts.

Still the wait is kinda annoying, but I'll have more money in December for Rightstuf's sales, where I usually make out like a bandit.

Funimations LEs are just incredibly and utterly dull though. Only change is a box. Design remains the same, so does physical bonuses (none) as well as digital bonuses. Rolling Eyes

haha, where is the guy saying Index was an isolated case, yet another show delayed by funimation. And like someone else said, for what, there packaging and overall content is not much better if at all over Sentai, and I think their subs are worse.

That said, this is an awesome show, with great character design, basically if you like Black Lagoon you have to pick this one up.

Noooo! Sad
One of the rare dubs I'm actually somewhat excited to hear!
That preview didn't do much.

I hear you, there is so much stuff coming out that I don't mind getting an extra 2 months to save up

This show got a sequel?! I must have repressed that.

This show was laughably bad. At first I thought that it was supposed to be a parody of Black Lagoon or something but when I realized that it was supposed to stand on its own, and be taken rather seriously, I dropped it as fast as I could.

When I saw that the mannish white-haired woman who ran her merc crew, which was pretty much a "reverse harem", I thought that it could have made for an almost-decent mockery of Hotel Moscow from Black Lagoon as saying that this merc crew was Hotel Moscow but with the competent and respectable Balalaika switched for some mentally-deranged, otaku-fodder young virago wouldn't be too far off the mark. The despondent, soulless middle eastern child soldier could have been the token include to mock similar child soldiers in anime like Gundam or Full Metal Panic.

They could have been the Hot Shots! to Black Lagoon's Top Gun but instead they settled to try and be the B-movie, the deadly serious B-movie, which tries to ride Top Gun's coattails.

I'm not confident in the dub cast for this either.

Personally, I don't mind the delay either. Picked up a lot of titles these past few months, with more to come before the end of the year. Pushing the expense for Jormungand to next year will help spread the costs out.

Some collectors (myself included) prefer displaying their series in artboxes. I think it looks much nicer.
