I like seeing SNAFU at a high spot. It probably has one of the more interesting main characters I've seen in a school life scenario. He was one of those downers that while he was negative about everything, he wasn't so negative he brought everyone down with him.

I saw the anime but didn't play the novel, but if the story is anything like the anime. The it does deserve that high spot.

wow, SAO is still #1 even after the anime? i didn't expect that.

I guess Kagerō Days is the next hot thing. I will wait for the anime.

Good to see my favorite LN series, Index, still ranking high. Altogether selling about 800,000 this year. Its doing well while its per volume sales have stabilised at about 150,000s. It did better than SAO in the most recent Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi (2014) as well.
