Actually it's not her Princess Serenity tiara, she didn't wear one as Princess Serenity... it's based oner the one she would eventually wear as Neo Queen Serenity.

For the set of 3 pendants, why is it the sword, the mirror... and Chibi-Moon's bell? I want the Garnet Orb, dangit!

Yeah, if you're gonna include the Talismans, why not include Pluto's Garnet Orb? The Crystal Carrion is just...meh.
