This is surprising; "Arc" implies plot and I was unaware D-Frag had one. So all those fourth wall jokes and incidental characters and moe stereotypes masquerading as lead characters were just a ruse so the mangaka could create a fighterless plot driven thingie based around thugs and breasts. I've seen worse combinations...
And it's popular, that's a new one. I don't hate the show, I just wish it'd take its characters less seriously and its comedy more seriously, maybe branch out beyond the "I'm yelling at wacky characters! Because they're wacky and I'm aware of it!" routine.

Unless Kenji's mother shows up, this is a NO.
I mean, it's D-Frag's worst arc so far we're talking about.
