Has anyone ever had any trouble watching an anime because you had attached a voice actor so strongly to a particular role that you couldn't concentrate on the actual show?

For example, I had a hard time watching the English version of Trigun because everytime Vash would talk, then I kept seeing the black power ranger. Then there was Fushugi Yuugi. It was so weird hearing David Hayter voice Tamahome (a sensitive guy) since I knew him better as Solid/Naked Snake (a character who is stoic and chose his missions over love).

So basically, this is a sub/dub debate. We have another thread that's sort of the same, but not. Try looking at it and posting your opinion there.
