Am I the only one who thinks that the event should move to the ExCeL centre as the place where it's currently held is way too small and I also think that the session system for Saturday is stupid as there's always long queues on the day and you're not necessarily guaranteed to get in.

I'm not sure about the ExCeL centre for this event, I have only been to these two days of Hyper Japan in the past (as well as many MCMs) but they seem to have a lot of space here and plenty of it isn't even in use yet.
The upstairs area wasn't a near complete waste aside from trying to prevent people from going up and not having to pay for two Saturday sessions.
On that note, I guess it is true that not everyone sticks around for a whole day (9:15am to 8:30pm I think), but having an entire hour of dead time where people who paid for the three days or just Saturday have to either hang around upstairs (before lining up for the escalator) or hanging around outside... Pretty awful before we get into them charging more and cashing in on the unusual process which doesn't do any favours for anyone.
I came late and already had a three day ticket so I don't see the Saturday line but that is another reason against sessions..
