Realizing the work itself and WA2 writer guys name probably isn't enough to guarantee automatic sales certain power that be seek to tap into otherwise unrelated popular names to boost their series profile. My next guess is probably that Ume Aoki that did the Madoka designs followed by perhaps Takashi Takeuchi to leech off of some Type/Moon hype followed by Akio Watanabe (Monogatari) and then what's her face from the Aldnoah designs.

Hinoue Itaru's art is always fascinating to look at. Rather than a fanart-esque image, it looks more like something from one of KEY's official art posters or something like that.

To me, the English title sounds like a dating sim, thus, I see such a collaboration being appropriate.
