After how they butchered the Berserk movies with CG, I'm not giving this studio a dime of my money that's for damn sure.

It is a bit odd that they launched a website for crowfunding and they are the first clients, sounds to me like "we do not want to give a percentage to a crowfunding website so we will create our own". IMO they should have fist launched the website and worked with smaller project to iron any details.

CG aside, those movies weren't well produced from a writing/directing standpoint either.

Yeah films by Studio 4°C look amazing, I don't the hate around them just because one Movie series had more CG than usually.
