Sounds good. Gotta keep up that great voice acting in anime. Now if only they would put more effort into it on the english side...

I would be pessimistic about this and Kadokawa's intentions. However the skills the kids would learn are actually pretty useful. Skills in speech are perhaps the most important in life if you're the ambitious type. So win-win.

This is good as it keeps them away from the idol industry where a lot of seiyuu that are hired come from and they can still chase their dream. As long as they aren't pushed too hard I don't see it to be a bad thing.
