As it says in the article, angela’s members wrote and composed the song. It’s just that Yui Horie sings it instead of atsuko.

I'm so excited for this new season.
Wonder if it's at all significant that Mikoto's VA will now voice another major(?) character.

Goddammit! I love angela's voclist's voice. And on the other hand, I'm not a big fan of Yui Horie's voice. Everytime Yui Horie is involved she's gotta sing one of the theme songs at least. Well, whatevahs.
