This manga is one of the funniest around. I really hope the movie is good.
BTW, in the manga at least, it isn't Ann who teaches Kie how to be a proper lady, but Yuuko. Ann just forces Yuuko to accept the engagement. Yuuko then takes it on herself to ensure that her son's wife won't be an embarrassment (and has a very tsundere relationship with her future daughter-in-law). In any event, Ann is British, so she wouldn't be able to teach Kie how to be a proper Japanese lady as well as her daughter-in-law. (Also, the three siblings get their telepathy from their grandmother...)
