I bet there's a decent chance of Round 1 bringing it to their US locations. They seem very into Japanese music games. Last time I went to the Chicago location, they had the Hatsune Miku game, the latest DDR ("Ace"), and more obscure music games like "Crossbeats Rev" and "Musica", etc., many in Japanese with little or no English menus. So bringing Love Live! over seems like something they'd do.
