I think the article might be linking to the wrong to the wrong Ryo Takahashi. In his ANN profile, it looked a bit bizarre that 高橋 亮 is an occasional musician but is mostly known as a key animator.
The original announcement says that the composer is actually 高橋諒 (this guy: twitter.com/RyoTakahashi111 https://myanimelist.net/people/41374/Takahashi_Ryo). Maybe add another profile for Ryo Takahashi the musician?
