The "King of Monsters" better be Bryan Cranston.

Cranston's death beign faked for some reason should be in this somehow to make up for him being killed for no reason and removing most of the plot agency.
On the title, I think "King of the Monsters" on its own would have been more effective. Also, with that the third movie could have been called "King of the Monsters Rises" with Godzilla taking a nuke to the face and leaving Kaiju duties to Junior, while revealed to be in Paris dating Mothra in the end.

King of Monsters is an awesome and appropriate title.
Uprising though... can't get much more generic and overused than that.

The thing is though he had almost no relevance to the plot so he was kind of expendable.

Cool, Disney Channel brought Tron: Uprising back!...What? Oh, wait, darn.
(And that one actually was about an uprising, since they were trying to paste a Star Wars Rebels plot onto the pre-Tron:Legacy universe, by way of Batman Beyond.)
And I'm wondering whether "King of Monsters" is a deliberate Warner compromise with the fact that Classic Media still owns "Godzilla: King of THE Monsters", with Raymond Burr.
Grammatical articles start becoming expendable when studios have to change titles to satisfy Legal.

While I am happy we got a release date for the G-Man remake sequel, I don't like having to wait an additional 2+ years. They might be doing to prep for the original Japanese movie's 65 b-day.
