Her name was originally Mizue Ohtsuka (大塚瑞恵), changed it to Mizuki OHTSUKA [36800] (大塚海月) from 2001-2011. In 2011 she changed it back to Mizue Ohtsuka (大塚みずえ).
Looking at her filmography, only MegaMan NT Warrior (TV) and ATASHIn'CHI (movie 3D 2010) would have credited her as "Mizuki". |

According to archived web pages of her former agency 81produce, she changed her name back to Mizue Ohtsuka (大塚瑞恵) sometime between September and December of 2008, followed by changing her given name from kanji to hiragana on or before 2011-08-29.
