Wow, that is a very unusual premise for any show, let alone anime. This sounds kind of interesting for the novelty alone.

I'm genuinely surprised I haven't seen a tv drama like this in the US yet, it would definitely be up our alley. It sounds like it could make for a great show.

If they made this into an anime and it got simulcast, that premise alone is enough for me to watch it.
