Mechanically, I'm not feeling this one - I wasnn't a fan of how Bedman played in Xrd, so it ranks pretty low on the characters I wanted to see added.

Thematically, though, I love it. After Zato's death, Eddie (the shadow) kept going for a game or two on its own; this feels very similar to that and I'm here for it, story-wise.
