This looks pretty good! I didn't expect this manga to ever get animated in any shape or form since it's not exactly mainstream, so this comes as a nice surprise.

It's nice when studios choose to pick up some works that aren't as well known and do something cool with it. |

Shouldn't the title be something like "Sea Beasts' Children" or something? Anyway, it looks great!

The animation is simply breathtaking and I'm looking forward to this. It will be great to hear Joe Hisaishi's music again.

Well, this looks exciting. That sea life animation is extremely good - are those baleen whales hand-drawn or CGI? I can't tell, it's beautifully realized either way.
