I found Miki to be quite the talented and ambitious guy who is always working hard to improve.
Due to following SAO since almost 10 years ago, I been following Miki Kazuma as well including his twitter, I saw him grow from an editor in Dengeki to head of his own company and I congratulate him in twitter on the start of his new "Line novel" project a few months ago.
With the big SAO's 10th anniversary event coming up in August, and looking back on what a huge multimedia franchise SAO has become.
It's funny to remember it was Miki Kazuma who suggest and convince Reki Kawahara to even try and release his amateur webnvoel Sword Art Online he write back in 2001 as a Light Novel.
otherwise Japan's most successful light novel of the last decade might not be SAO and Reki Kawahara's most popular work would probably end up being Accel World or Isolator.
