Can anyone outside of Japan see the video?

On desktop I get:

Error code: 1001200
In your environment, you may not be able to view the video comfortably.
Please check the help for details.

and on mobile it just stays stuck at 0:00.

Worked okay for me. I'm in the US if that helps.

Yes. I tried both here in Europe and in USA(through vpn) and both worked. Latter threw some error but simply refreshing the page let you view the video...

I'm in the US. The first time I tried I got an error message. I refreshed the page and it worked fine after that.
