I'll give it this, it looks better than what they've done with the series so far. Still looking pretty cheap and awkward but it's definitely a step up from Light of Hope.
In general I'd like for this thing walking around in Harvest Moon's skin to be able to find its footing and be able to put out good games. If they can manage to put out Story of Seasons-quality stuff of their own, preferably skewing closer in style to the older games, then I'd definitely welcome that.

True dat! I could always go for more farming sims over less. And this looks like a promising step in the right direction, even if it does look rather lacking in the textures department.
