I'm noticed only Jujutsu Kaisen are having more episodes while nearly all fall animes are having 12 or 13.

12 or 13 episodes has been the norm for about 20 years. Jujutsu Kaisen is an exception probably because it is an action show adapted from a popular manga.

Higurashi and King's Raid are 24-26 episodes as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Inuyasha sequel get 24 as well but it's not been announced yet.
