Um... what the hell did they do to Brunhilde's face!? She's smoking hot in the manga but here she looks like a freaking alien! Also the staff (namely the director) and animation in the trailer have me worried about the quality of this adaptation. Because I really don't want this to be another Berserk situation where an amazing manga is brought down by a lackluster adaptation.
Why couldn't they have just gotten MAPPA to do this?

Brunhilde's face is fine.
MAPPA has enough on their plate already.

MAPPA has quickly gained a lot of prestige, and that’s filled their schedule something fierce.
Still early though. It can pull it together.

Goddess Sawashiro Miyuki has returned to bless us once more 
First impression of this series is that it looks like a jacked-up Magi; I'd watch that.

Well, at the very least I'm glad this is not going to be CGI as it seems to be the norm nowadays with battle series...this could be fun

I've never heard of this before now, but what's going on with the character design of the second character? Is she even from the same show as the others?

That certainly makes it watchable, the only concern is that this was made by the same studio who did Juni Taisen: Zodiac War, which had 3D fights.

This new season of Fate looks great.
Cut out the whole plot with the Holy Grail and decided to let Ufotable take a break after Demon Slayer.

Curiously enough, she also voiced the Valkyrie in the Japanese dubs of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, this maybe could be an allusion to her role there.

It's Göll, not Geir. These are actual characters from history and mythology so you'd think they'd put some effort into getting the names right.
It looks nice, but poorly animated. Hopefully that's just the trailer though.
