And what is the reason for that? The game is pretty harmless so I doubt this is because of censorship.

in the end,PC is still the best place to digitally preserve games(not perfect,but still the best option)

Just the ending of the contract with the publisher, nothing new in VN market. Same thing happened with Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth last year - while you still can buy them on PC because all games from the trilogy ported by Shiravune, on PS4 you can buy only Prelude to The Fallen - which published by NISA instead of Atlus.

Almost certainly not censorship since the game has been out for over 5 years (with the exception of Android) and if there was a controversy significant enough to convince 3 separate content platforms to independently decide to remove the game it we would have heard about it. As mentioned in a previous post contractual issues make far more sense here.
