So this mean its a borderline pornographic anime starring a 12 year old... I don't have a problem with this, cartoon are not real people and all, but its still surprising to see it aired at all. Wonder what the targeted demographic is.

Actually it's more of a Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou clone.
Ecchi shows with MCs that young are not a rare occurence at all, and the manga the anime it's based off is published in a shonen magazine. |

It's not the first time stuff like this airs, but it's only allowed if the child is a boy, there was a similar premised series a few years ago too where a little boy got surrounded by older girls and ecchi engaged...forgot the title, but certainly something that wouldn't be allowed with reversed genders today.
