No, its fantasy. The main characters are native to the world depicted. No one from our world has shown in the novel volumes printed so far. It does have some game tropes. Classes of people and levels. This however is listed as a gift from the gods.

No, but I'm sure it relies on the same adventurer's guild/RPG/overpowered protagonist tropes that are common in isekai series. I have a feeling that we're going to see a lot more anime in the "banished from the hero's party" genre in the near future.
In any case, JYOCHO is great and it's always good to see talented artists getting opportunities to have a decent career in the music business.
