That is not a furry, its a kemonomimi.
Its literally just a normal girl + fox ears and tails. If it was a furry, then its should be an anthropomorphized fox.

But also keep in mind that only the English-speaking internet really gets their panties in a twist over the definition of the word "furry".

So its another case of USA side of prioritizing their own choice of words over JP side without considering the context respectfully?
