This looks cheap... Not that I expect this to be a high profile work considering the manga's popularity, but the amount of still frames during fight is kinda worrying. The character art looks pretty alright tho.

Well, people who were critical of Shield Hero losing a lot of steam when Naofumi became less edgelord will be happy here it seems. Kaito Ishikawa plays a great betrayed and revenge-driven protagonist.
Too bad the visuals don't look that impressive. |
