This is available in other countries but without English Subtitles, I wonder if it was an oversight on CR or if VIZ is really, really late with the subtitles?

Might want to edit the article, it's now available in Africa too (officially)

The Crunchyroll Fall Simulcast page says the show will be added on October 15, so for whatever reason we will have a 2 week delay. Not sure if they will add all the episodes at that point or if we will stay 2 weeks behind.

At this stage it could be either or. CR US has always been really terrible at communicating times/dates. I rely more on CR DE/FR than anything else because they are at least up to date with their Weekly schedules.

This arc divides some fans cos Tsubasa plays against an Argentinian directly based on Diego Maradona

Meanwhile a good 90% of Crunchy's library is still being given the Netflix treatment and NOT being released physically. Which imo is definitely the bigger issue. Pirate sites exist for a reason.

I’m convinced they’re slowly trying to get rid of physical releases I’ve been noticing lately they have been releasing less blu rays for their anime’s.

I agree, we really do live in a dark age. That's why despite everyone saying "digital is the future" I still collect physical media.
