Sounds like this guy needs professional psychiatric help. I hope his temporary time in prison is some sort of comfort to Ishikawa-san, but I doubt it’s much since a year will fly by and he’ll be out doing this to her again.

Since he's been convicted twice, I think he's no longer a suspect.
And yeah, a year is too short, especially since he probably won't be getting any therapy during that time. He's obviously not sorry and not well.

WTF did I just read? He needs more years then. He's not even an habitual line stepper. He's a born offender. He is a threat. This is a joke sentencing. I swear I better not see a Yui Ishikawa death article after he gets out after a year.
