I was fearing that Dong Hwan and his brother were not going to be featured in the base roster, seeing that their father was a DLC character in The King of Fighters XV. I hope that Dong Hwan's inclusions means that Jae Hoon will be revealed soon
Also, I find it interesting that Dong Hwan is first returning character from Mark of the Wolves that has a new look in City of the Wolves, the rest of the returning cast kept their original looks, and I'm not counting Billy and Mai since they weren't in the original Mark of the Wolves, it makes them for them to have a new look now, just like how Terry had one in MotW.
