The tarted-up One Piece rerun has the same ratings as usual. Interesting. The anime´s core demo of young boys likely never saw or read that arc as it predates their birth so it makes sense. This experiment might become the future of the anime for all we know regardless of the timeslot. Or re-edits could continue to go on on Sunday with the real show returning to a second slot on prime time?
