I honestly hope that the one-button gameplay of the GameCube original is maintained. After doing everything he could to make as many people happy with Smash Ultimate the man more than deserves to make whatever game he wants, no matter how obtuse it might be.
He's more than earned the ability to be like Tekken's Harada & have a "Don't ask me for ****" mentality. |

Probably the biggest surprise of the Direct. I never played the original, but I do recall it seemed pretty well liked.

As I experienced it basically no one cares about the actual race part, I want to see if this thing has its own City Trial. If it does, I'm 110% in.

Air Ride was such a great game on GCN. One big improvement would be going to 2 buttons, one to break/charge and another to use items. It didn't make sense to have to press break to attack.

City Trial is my favorite party game ever, if it doesn't hate it that would be worse than no new Air Ride at all.
