Feels like a manga I could see Tatsuki Fujimoto approving of (even if it's probably nowhere near as unhinged as his work).

I really hope this one gets picked up by English-language publishers. Movie buffs will appreciate it going into detail on the process, as well as the references on each chapter's opening page, and it feels easily approachable for an audience unfamiliar with manga. The fact that it's nearing the end might help, as then publishers will know more about how much to print and costs.
