I get the love for WILDFLOWER, but this song felt stronger overall.

It's something no K-pop songs was able to do, win a Grammy. EJae is really happy that she got a Grammy after being rejected for by SM Entertainment (the same company behind well-known K-pop act). I bet South Korea and K-pop industry are probably going "we should've made her a K-pop idol, why did we rejected her???" after seeing that.

On Feb 2nd, after 226 days straight since its release, Kpop Demon Hunters has finally departed from the Daily Top 10s in the US
It's the most-streamed movie of 2025 with 20.5 billion minutes watched - even though it only debuted midway thru the year. Dividing that by the film’s 99-minute runtime gives the equivalent viewership of 207 million full movie watches - imagine selling 207 million theater tickets
2025's runner-up is Moana 2 with 9.4 billion minutes watched, then Despicable Me 4 with 8.7 billion minutes. The top streaming movie for general audiences is Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore 2 at 7.1 billion viewing minutes, then Wicked at 6.8 billion minutes

Golden is a legitimate cultural moment that definitely impacted more than children. Several people from my work went together to see it in theaters (which alone is an extreme rarity for a film that debut on Netflix).
I like Billie Eilish, but I have never heard WILDFLOWER in the wild.

Yeah, it really should’ve been Abracadabra, if we’re comparing air play.
