Passing thought, but I wonder if this is part of why it’s taking so long for the next Four Knights season to be announced.

It still is when you’re viewing the article listing in the main feed. I almost had a panic attack when I read the headline!

Dang. So this probably means it won't resurface as one of TMS's myriad of sub-studios, right?

(Then again, if Hana-Kimi is still attached to Signal.MD despite I.G absorbing it last year...)

I think it might be a case of "Any future projects will be dune under the main studio and not the subsidiary even if it shares its crew".

The situation reminds me of when Framestore (one of the main VFX houses doing the live action One Piece series) absorbed Method Studios back in 2020, Method still had a few films in the pipeline, and Framestore didn't fully dissolve them until those films were finished.
