This will be my perfect summer anime. A mermaid story based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, AND it’s shoujo-esque!

That witch design reminds me a bit of the 70s The Little Mermaid anime film. Might be an interesting watch, but I hope we don't find a very small dolphin skeleton washed up somewhere.
