Dang, now I wish I could attend to watch the short.
I'd watch it subbed but it would've been neat if they got back the Viz cast to dub it.

That’s pretty cool, but I’m mildly surprised they’re not dubbing it. It seems that Universal Studios would splurge for that.

Subbed is good enough. Not everyone watches dubs.

It's not being dubbed because this short was produced by Universal Studios Japan and Viz has no involvement with the short. They would have to commission either Studiopolis or VSI Los Angeles to produce a dub and that's a lot of effort and money for a short that's only being played for a very limited run that's only attracting the most hardcore Sailor Moon fans.
