SH 2R reached 6 million players, not 6 million in sales. Sales were at 2.5 million last October. What the new press release actually claims: We are also pleased to announce that the cumulative player count for SILENT HILL 2 has surpassed 6 million. As of April 24, 2026, per internal tracking.
