I'm baffled by the idea that a Fire Emblem Engage manga even exists given you could fit that game's entire plot on a Post-It note.

Funny enough, one of people’s complaints with the manga is that it’s sometimes too fast paced.

That game was a total failure and I'm glad about that. The character designs were like bad Vtubers (as if they weren't already bad with the constant SAO-style designs and horrible fanservice), they butchered my boy Claude's design, some characters were copies of characters from previous games (tell me some of them don't resemble Felix, Claude, Sylvain and Dimitri in some way) the plot was pathetic and the sales were terrible.
All we can do now is hope that Fortune's Weave will be better (at least it's better design-wise.)

I absolutely did and I loathed it.
Alear comes back to life, dies, comes back to life, dies, comes back to life, it sticks this time, sister's evil, no she's not, the Hounds and the Fell Dragon spend all of their screentime gleefully slaughtering people and we're supposed to feel bad when they die for some reason.
There, I just summed up that entire boring plot full of boring characters in a game that's combat is nowhere near as good as people say it is.

You could've just looked up spoilers. It's not like that's the entirety of the plot, that all happens near or at the end.
And at least the combat is that of a proper strategy RPG, unlike its predecessor. Say what you will about the story or designs, but it was a return to form in most other ways.
