MIFF is presenting 3 anime films this year: We Are Aliens; Chimney Town: Frozen in Time; and the evergreen oldie Ninja Scroll - I've bought a pass to see all three. The last is being shown at the amazing Capitol Theatre on Swanston Street in Melbourne, 19 years after Paprika awakened my love for anime in the very same theatre.
