Working on my first story(Need help and support!)

Smile Hello Everyone My name is D,

I'm 16 years old and I live here in the Philippines. Like you all, I share the same passion for anime. Right now I have been working on my original, first story. It's about a group of seven different girls with different personalities falling in love with a young lad named "Nine" (the main character). However there are unresolved matters from his past and in a desperate battle to save a young girl, he dies. In a mysterious event involving the young girl, his body disappears and mysterious markings called "glyphs" suddenly appear on the bodies of those seven girls. After 3 months he suddenly appears as a new P.E. teacher on the girls' school. A prophecy connects the main characters of the story that leads to its ending in resolution. I would like to make this story and turn it into a manga. However, I am still young and there are lots of things I don't know yet. In the meantime I have been trying to write the story and make some drafts of the main characters. If anyone would like to participate in my aim, It would be a great help. There's a nice long thread right here packed with people who are creating their own manga. It'd probably do you a world of good to read through those pages and then join in the discussion. Posting your work on sites like DeviantArt or PencilJack is also a good place to start.

I don't know how developed your technique is, but you'll find all kinds of tips on how to make your work better in Scott McCloud's books Understanding Comics and Making Comics.

Thanks for the tip! Well I'm not that experienced, also my technique isn't that good. Anyway thanks for the tip. Gonna look into the links now. Very Happy
