Favourite Sad Anime?

What are your favourite sad, emotional animes?

Mine would probably be Elfen Lied, the last few episodes really choked me up Crying or Very sad I also thought N.G - Evangelion was pretty sad.

What are yours?

We actually have a thread for this subject already, so please feel free to post in it. However, as a word of advice, I'd recommend you try to be as specific as possible about your choices. Maybe a few sentences or a small paragraph with spoiler tags (if you want to describe specific scenes or whatever). Thanks and good luck. Smile
