Very nice!!! But, this is nothing against the cosplayer, sadly Blue Rose's costume has given me so many expectations I can't help but be slightly disappointed.
Plus I was hoping the pic would help me figure out what the hell those spiked viney things are on Blue Rose's hips.

Nice flash glare in the window camera guy. but the cosplay isn't half bad looks well made good job.

I'm kinda curious as to why the picture was taken in a mall.
Especially with the [lack of] clothes Blue Rose wears.

Seems to be a cosplay event, there are a few other pics at the same place.

I think the spikes play off her name "Blue Rose" so those are the vines and thorns that a rose would have  at least thats what i believe
